What if I need a program extension?

Learners may complete outstanding assignments up until the final week of their program. If you need more time after your program has ended, you can request a program extension by submitting the Learner Success form and selecting Extension Request.

To be considered, please submit your extension request before the last day of your program.

In your request, please include:

• The specific assignment(s) you need additional time to complete

• How long you expect to need the extension

• Whether you need continued access to a tool, including which tool and for how long

• Any additional context that may help our team review your request

Typical extension timelines are 1–2 additional weeks to submit outstanding work, though timelines may vary depending on the circumstances of your request.

Extensions are not guaranteed and are reviewed by our Learner Success team on a case-by-case basis.

If your request is approved, a member of our Learner Success team will contact you to discuss the details. You can expect a response within 48 business hours.

Please keep in mind that if you complete overdue work during an extension period, your certificate of completion will be delayed until the work has been submitted, passed, and reviewed by our support team.
