Reminder: Learner Success Outreach

The Learner Success team is here to support you throughout your learner journey and beyond and there are a number of ways to contact us. This is likely old news to many of you but we wanted to share a reminder and exciting announcement here:

  1. Learner Success Email Address: learnersupport@uprighted.com This email is shared and monitored by the entire LS team.
  2. Learner Support Request Form: Linked here
  3. (Drumroll, please!) Learner Support Chatbot: The Learner Support chatbot is now integrated into the Resource Hub! When you access that webpage, you will see a chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner. This chat is monitored by the LS team during business hours, and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
