1. Admissions Advisor / Financial Counselor:
- Before your program begins, your Admissions Advisor and Financial Counselor will assist in ensuring your financing is in place and approved. They are here to help you with any questions related to tuition, scholarships, or payment plans.
2. Learner Success Team:
- Our Learner Success team is here to guide and support you throughout your journey at Upright. Before your program starts, you will receive all necessary program materials and information from this team. Should anything arise during your bootcamp that could impact your success, or if you have any questions or need resources, you can always reach out to us.

3. Your Instructional Team:
- Instructors and Teaching Assistants (TAs) are here to provide the technical support you need throughout the program.
- Your Instructor is an experienced industry professional who delivers course content, provides technical guidance during live sessions, and offers feedback on assignments and projects.
- Your Teaching Assistant supports you with technical help, hosts a weekly office hours session, provides feedback on assignments and projects, and is available to answer questions or help when you're stuck.
- You can engage with your instructional team during live sessions and via your dedicated cohort channel on Discord.
4. Career Services:
- Our Career Services department is here to support you from day 1 until you reach your career goals. You will meet the team during orientation and in the first week of your program. From there, you’ll have opportunities to attend career-focused events (announced via Discord and email), schedule meetings with our Career Advisors, and access career-related content in your Learning Management System.
