Where Do I Go To Find The Schedule For My Program?

Your cohort specific learner document will include your schedule, assignment due dates, and live session recordings.

To keep track of your program's schedule and key milestones, each cohort is provided with a cohort-specific learner document. This document contains everything you need to know throughout your bootcamp, including:

  • Daily Schedule: Find out what topics are being covered during each live session.
  • Capstone Timeline: Know exactly when your capstone project will begin and its deadlines. Please note that each program will have different requirements and deadlines that might not be included in the orginal schedule.
  • Assignment Due Dates: Stay on top of what assignments are due and when.
  • Live Session Recordings: Access recordings from previous live classes so you can review them at any time.
  • Additional Resources: Explore the "Resources" tab where your instructional staff may add valuable materials related to your program.
  • Holiday Schedule: Learn how holidays may affect your program's schedule.

Holiday Schedule Overview:

  • Monday Holidays: If a holiday falls on a Monday, the class schedule for that week will shift to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Wednesday or Thursday Holidays: If a holiday falls on a Wednesday or Thursday, there will not be a makeup class for that session.
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas: Upright observes the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas. There will be no classes during these weeks. Don’t worry—if your cohort runs during this time, the program schedule will be extended by an additional week or two to make up for the missed time.
  • Catch-Up Time: These holiday breaks are a great opportunity to catch up on any material or assignments you may have missed, as there will be no live sessions or office hours.

Your learner document will be shared during Orientation Night and posted in your cohort’s Discord channel for easy access. If you’re having trouble locating it, you can either reach out to your Teaching Assistant or search for it in the Discord channel.

Having this document handy is essential for staying on track and organized throughout your bootcamp journey!
